Program and Vendor Cancellation/Withdrawal

Department Cancellation:
100% refund if no make-up date or the participant is not able to attend new date.

Participant Withdrawal:
Cancellation at least two weeks in advance results in 100%.
Cancellation within two weeks to 48 hours results in 50% refund of fees.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice results in no refund.
A refund for medical reasons requested prior to the start date of a program may be granted at 100%, subject to verification.
Non-attendance or non-participation in a program does not entitle a patron to a refund of the registration fee.

If a participant withdraws and the space can be filled by another participant, a full refund can be granted.

Department Directors may approve full to partial refunds for unusual circumstances limited to medical, job relocations, dissatisfaction and other circumstances.
** Withdrawal fees for programs that have a withdrawal policy specifically outlined are not subject to the conditions of the General Participant Withdrawal.
