Refund/Return Policies

Indoor/Outdoor Facility Rental 

Cancellation 14 days in advance – Full refund of fees

Cancellation at least 48 hours in advance – refund of fees, less 2 hours of use

Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance –no refund

Cancellations, due to severe weather systems or facility closure, will be rescheduled to the first available date of the customer’s choice, or fee returned in full.


Program and Vendor Cancellation/Withdrawal   

Department Cancellation: 

100% refund if no make-up date or the participant is not able to attend new date.


Participant Withdrawal:

  • Cancellation at least two weeks in advance results in 100%. 
  • Cancellation within two weeks to 48 hours results in 50% refund of fees.
  • Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice results in no refund.  
  • A refund for medical reasons requested prior to the start date of a program may be granted at 100%, subject to verification.

Non-attendance or non-participation in a program does not entitle a patron to a refund of the registration fee. 

If a participant withdraws and the space can be filled by another participant, a full refund can be granted. 

Department Directors may approve full to partial refunds for unusual circumstances limited to medical, job relocations, dissatisfaction and other circumstances.

 ** Withdrawal fees for programs that have a withdrawal policy specifically outlined are not subject to the conditions of the General Participant Withdrawal.

Cancellation at least 48 hours in advance-full refund of fees

Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance-50% refund of fees

Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance-no refund of fees
